Dr. Alberto Bordonaba
DDS, MS
Alberto Bordonaba, DDS, MS was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery and Master’s in Dental Research. After moving to New York in 2011, Dr. B attended the University of Rochester, where he completed a 2 year residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry and a 2 year residency in Orofacial Pain and TMJ Disorders. He finalized his dental training at the University of Rochester upon completing a specialty in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics in 2017.
His extensive dental training and robust experience in private orthodontic practice in NYC has allowed him not only to diagnose and treat a very wide range of dental, facial, occlusal and jaw-related conditions, but also to provide functional and aesthetic results with precision in an ethical, compassionate and personalized manner.
Dr. Bordonaba had been drawn to New York’s vibrant, diverse and fast-paced energy since he was a teen, which is what inspired him to move from Spain and further his education and clinical expertise. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. B enjoys connecting with his patients about travel plans, architecture and cuisine.
Outside the office, he loves biking, traveling, skiing and spending quality time with friends and family, but also appreciates down-time reading and watching TV shows with his partner (Dr. Z!) and their golden retriever, Bleeker.
